PPC specialise in providing outplacement, training and HR services, supporting organisations and their people through times of change. We can provide skills analysis, CV writing, interview technique and confidence building courses as well as outplacement programmes.

We also provide a full range of outplacement services to all levels of staff through in-group workshops and one-to-one support for individuals. Everyone receives the same high level of support along with assured confidence.

Our approach offers professional, flexible, affordable programmes and our consultants are practical, experienced, positive, and encourage candidates to take charge of their careers and to take positive steps right from the start. The programmes are flexible and tailored to the company's needs.

Executive Outplacement

Executive outplacement is aimed at senior managers and executives. It offers a high level of personally tailored support from our professional consultants, and a flexible package of benefits, together with access to our range of career development tools.

One to One Outplacement

One to one outplacement provides a very personal level of support to those facing career change or redundancy. Individuals receive personal support from one of our team of professional consultants and also have access to our range of career development tools.

Group Outplacement

Group outplacement programmes are a cost effective way to offer the benefits of outplacement support to a greater number of people within your organisation. We combine a full days workshop with professional consultant support. A typical workshop covers key areas of job search including CV preparation and interview techniques, along with time for questions and personal reflection.

Tools and Advice

We use a comprehensive range of psychometric and ability testing tools for all levels, together with one to one feedback. We give candidates access to a range of ability testing and results, providing candidates with support and advice on their skills, enabling them to plan their ongoing career preferences and direction and to analyse and assess their personal strategy for their future career.

Some of the tools we use include:

16PF Instrument - Leadership development, career guidance and career transition planning

Myers Briggs Career report - Assists people in making appropriate career choices for their type

The Strong Interest Inventory - The path to career discovery and also used for career coaching, planning and outplacement

Some of the ability testing we use include:

Able Series - Offering ten different ability tests suitable for a wide range of job roles. Each assessment is based on real-life scenarios and measures an individual's potential to learn a given task, succeed in a particular job and adapt to changing work environments.

Saville Consulting Aptitude Assessments - A series of cognitive ability assessments that measure a candidate's aptitude in a variety of workplace contexts.
