Kerry is a fully qualified trainer who has delivered a wide range of workshops and training programmes to a broad range of business of all sizes. Kerry has worked in the offshore finance industry for over 14 years in a broad range of roles including banking, customer services, human resources, recruitment and selection, and training.

Carol Braniff, Business Associate
Carol is a fully qualified HR professional with a wealth of HR knowledge and experience in many industries at both strategic and operational levels. Passionate about the development of organisations through their people, Carol has a natural talent for bringing out the best in people.
Carol is a qualified Investors in People Assessor and has over 10 years experience as HR support to leadership and management teams. She spends a lot of her time providing HR support for SME’s, as well as training, learning and development support, and mediation. Carol is also a tutor on CIPD programmes.
Carol founded and chairs the KISS Group (Knowledge, Information Sharing and Support) which was set up 4 years ago to help to bridge the gap between employment and education and at the same time provides a learning and development opportunity for businesses.
